In 2028, oyster industry magnate Richard Wilson died in an accident after being pushed down the stairs of his mansion when he gave incorrect instructions to an artificial intelligence system.
At his virtual funeral, the art institution he sponsored exhibited 54 works from his collection featuring oysters—spanning nearly 600 years of history—to the public.
Many of the oyster-themed paintings in the exhibition, created by renowned artists, were being shown for the first time. However, what drew tens of millions of visitors in droves was not the fact that these works were by famous artists, but rather that viewers were required to be completely naked while viewing them. The magical thing was that as they viewed the artwork, their skin would continuously change color.
